Aber auch ein Engagement für den Konsolenmarkt schließt Sarris nicht aus. LA wolle sich aus zukünftig mehr auf Actionelemente spezialisieren, insbesondere bei Reihen wie Full Throttle oder Indiana Jones. Sam & Max 2 soll als Ausnahme aber weiterhin adventurelastiger sein, mit kleineren Actionelementen:
"Presumably Sam & Max 2 will still be an adventure, but you're going to have to move away from the point-and-click style of the original Sam & Max? - Yeah, although I'm not really sure at the moment how that looks. However, I do believe that, as with the original, there will be mini-games."

... ja, hab ich ja auch nicht behauptet. Wollte halt nur darauf hinweisen, dass Fortsetzungen prinzipiell nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Dass diese möglicherweise actionlastiger sein werden, hab ich ja hingewiesen. Aber hoffen darf man ja weiterhin mal. Gespannt bin ich immer noch auf S&M

Ich würde mich da nicht zu früh freuen. Letztens in dem Interview auf Mixnmojo hieß es auch schon, dass at some point in the future ein neuer Monkey Island-Teil rauskommen wird. Auch in dem aktuellen Interview wird lediglich gesagt I think there are stories that still remain to be told within Monkey Island and Grim Fandango . Wann das sein wird, wird nirgendwo gesagt (in 5 Jahren? In 10?) und schlimmer noch, es heißt There's no reason why we can't adapt those [franchises] to another generation of games players . Welche Generation? Actionspieler?
